Real Estate Master Plan

The master plan for The Manor Resort Spa & Residential Estate includes two main elements. The first is The Resort, known as The Manor Village, which will include The Manor House Inn & Cottage Suites, Maxine’s Fine Dining, The Manor Golf Clubhouse, swim and tennis facilities and other future amenities. Resort guests will stay in the beautifully designed Cottage Suites. Currently there are a total of 46 cottages planned. A limited number of these custom-designed cottages are available for private ownership as vacation homes and investments through our Cottage Ownership Program.

The second element is the Residential Estate. Emerging as the premier master-planned residential community in South Central Virginia, The Manor Resort will offer up to 600 residential homes to be built out over the next few years.

Phase One
The Manor Resort is currently in Phase 1 of its development and presents an unparalleled opportunity to obtain ownership in the development at the lowest possible pricing. During this initial phase, The Manor Resort Realty Company is making available 22 custom-designed cottages in The Manor Golf Village and 58 residential lots in The Manor Heights and Carriage Run Village for purchase at discounted, Phase 1 pricing.
