Cottage Ownership
The Manor Resort is now offering the cottages for private
ownership. Each cottage will be sold fully furnished, and
management and maintenance will be provided by The
Manor Resort and the Home Owner’s Association, making
these cottages a great investment and the perfect getaway.
Owners have the option of leasing their cottage to The Manor
Resort when not using it for personal enjoyment, and under
this arrangement, The Manor Resort pays all ownership
expenses (except the cost of financing).
An Investment You Can Enjoy
For those who will make The Manor Resort their getaway,
the Luxury Cottages provide the perfect opportunity to own a
vacation home that basically pays for its self. Through The
Manor Hospitality Leaseback Program, cottage owners will
have the opportunity to purchase a cottage at preconstruction
pricing and lease their cottage to The Manor
Resort while reserving the right to use their cottage for
personal use.
The Manor Resort will manage and maintain all aspects of the
cottage and pay all of the expenses including taxes, utilities,
insurance and maintenance (does not include financing
costs) for the term of the lease, and the Owner will receive a
fixed lease payment each month providing a reliable income
stream to the Owner.
