Spa Recommendations and Etiquette
Robes, slippers and personal amenities are provided along with complimentary fresh fruit, tea, coffee and juice. To optimize the guest spa experience we ask that all cellular phones and pagers are turned off while in treatment. To ensure professionalism, only the client receiving service is permitted in attendance during treatment. This is your time to relax and the therapist needs to focus on you. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Reservation must be secured with either hotel confirmation number or major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
As we reserve a therapist just for you, we ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy by providing 24 hours notice or the full value of your treatment will be charged. Time changes must be received at least 4 hours prior to appointment and must be rescheduled within the next 12 hours or full value of services will be charged to your credit card. If you have reserved 4 or more services, a 72 hour cancellation notice is required or full value will be charged.

Whether you will be a resident or guest of The Manor Resort, you’ll find our state-of-the-art spa a place to pamper yourself in total luxury. Designed to be within walking distance from all points throughout The Manor Resort, this full service spa, when completed, will offer six private treatment rooms to provide a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and open spaces that will be integrated into the total experience.
Until the Spa is completed, The Manor Resort will be offering in-room spa treatments to guests staying in our beautiful golf cottages.
